Best ever score

Today I shot a 79>8 over par this is my best score ever by far even at my pinnacle 5 years ago when I was 14 handicap now playing 17.

The odd thing was it never really felt special it just that I did feel in control a lot more than normal,I missed a lot of 12ft putts and also had 1 real bad hole but the rest was good.

The shot of the day was definetly the par 5 18th 520 yd dogleg left, you have to drive 250 to view the pin which I managed, then i was faced with a big choice with out bounds both sides of fairway and 250yd to pin I took out my 3 wood and instead of big hitting thoughts i relaxed into the shot only to see it fly straight and land on the green,I then 3 putted for a par but was happy as anything more than a 5 was going to make me 80.

I have a good feeling that I might be posting more achievments soon and I think I learned more from here than anywhere else and that also includes 4 sessions with an instructor 3 months ago.
