| Hi Guys, I have just updated the gym section you can find it here. There is also a new link on the navbar at the top of every page entitled "Gym". The are various weight training exercises for golf and cardiovascular exercises too. Enjoy Greg H |

| Re: Gym - Weight Training and Fitness Instruction for golf This is a difficult question to answer as a light weight to one person may be a heavy one to another. If I was to specify a weight then it would be correct for some but not others. If you pick up a weight that allows you to perform the exercise with good form throughout all repetitions mentioned this is the heaviest weight you should use. If you start to loose form then the weight is likely to heavy at present. In such a case drop down a weight and develop/strengthen the muscle before moving up again. |
