| Joe Hagan (Head Teaching Professional at Hersham Village Golf Club) |
I have been a PGA qualified teaching professional for over 15 years, and have specialised in teaching since 1995. In this period of time I have managed to teach thousands of pupils of all abilities from total beginners to European Tour Professionals. I am based at Hersham Village Golf Centre in Hersham, Surrey, England. I have established my teaching academy as one of the busiest in the South of England and am always looking at ways to help improve my pupil's games. If you are in the area do drop in and book a lesson, I would be more than happy to see you.
cSwing is an advanced video swing analysis program used by many of the World's leading Tour Professionals. It allows for tour quality analysis of your swing with its powerful drawing and comparison tools. Seeing your swing alongside pro swings provides immediate visual feedback that will result in lower scores. I am now using cSwing video analysis during my lessons, make a booking and use the analysis software that the pros are using. As a coach, I feel it is my responsibility to bring out the best from each pupil regardless of ability, to enhance their enjoyment of the game and to improve their standard along the way. I have recently added the explanar system to one of my teaching bays and use it for every lesson complete with video analysis. Here is a photograph of the Explanar System in action.
The explanar is a brilliant simple inovation, a real move forward for teaching. The explainar gives golfers an experience of the correct swing motion for themselves, much like a child will learn how to ride a bike on stabalisers.
Thank you. Joe Hagan
