Hole in One
Great News,

Satruday 4th April 2009.

My son Liam played in the 'George Mountford Trophy' and holed out on the 11th @ 212 yards.

His first Hole in One at 13yrs old.

Needless to say it has been a great weekend.

On one hand, well done Liam! Brilliant stuff!

On the other hand, now even 13 years olds are getting holes in one on 200+ yards par threes. Where's mine??!!!!

Hi Neil,

Never had one myself mate, I couldn't believe it, 99% of golfers never have one, never mind getting one in an official comp of the back tees.

I think he should be reprimanded though, he rang me on his mobile on the 12th tee..............lol

Yep! DQ. Scrub the hole in one. Never happened.

Mobile phones on the course?! You'd never catch me doing that.................cos I hide behind the bushes!

A great result - especially on a 212yd hole and at the age of 13. Pass on my congratulations.

Liam obviously hasn't modelled his swing on his dad's swing then !
