| Re: Grip it and rip it? Hi I agree. I was looking at this last night, I always thought my right foot was square, giving me some resistance in my hip turn. However, it may have looked square but it wasn't. With my right foot square my hips are not over rotating, giving me a feeling of a powerful coil and the overswing has disappeared (at least in practice!). |
