Re: Driver head setup I have some distance between the driver head, and the ball. I have my driver in the middle of my address position, and the ball is positioned even with my big toe. I know that seems like a lot, but that is what it takes for me to keep my drives in play. GJS

Re: Driver head setup I place my ball half the diameter above the driver face. The I step in with my right foot, then place my left foot just past the teed ball. Then I drop my right foot back about an inch or two. Right shoulder must be lower than the left. And remember where your head is positioned is where the low point of your swing is. Hope this helps.

Re: Driver head setup I recently purchased a Nike Sasquatch 9.5, my old driver was a Ignite 10.5 and I never had any problems getting the ball in the air. With this 9.5 head it seemed like I just couldnt get any air, every drive was a line drive. I was hitting good distance (240) but just couldnt get the ball in the air. So I read the post in this thread regarding addressing the club head in the middle of my stance and placing the ball at my left heel in order to make sure I would swing through and hit the ball on the up swing. What a difference! At first it seemed awkward but after I hit a few I got more confidence and I was hitting the ball past the 250 mark with another 10 or more yards of roll. Iv'e never hit the ball that far before. I wrote in another post that I was having problems hitting the sweet spot of my club face but this technique has taken care of that. Thanks for the advise.
