How to get more out of my Woods

Lately I've been having some problems with hitting my FW woods of the deck. I got a lesson from a pro at the range for my iron play and before the lesson I was able to hit this clubs but at moderate distances.(Ex. 3 wood 185 yds). Also I got an r7 HT driver and for some reason I can't get the drive to go more than 175 yds (carry) and a very long roll. The 10 gm weights are both in the back spaces that make the drive go with a extra high trajectory. If someone can help me with this I will appreciate it so much.
