| Re: distance Where are his drives at the 265 mark? Take a secret average so he doesn't know you are counting. For about 5 rounds, for the holes he hits his dirver, write an F in the lower right corner, or for each fairway he misses, an X...XX for an OB. Add up the possible # of driver chances and divide by the diference of the number of F's minus the X's. And report back the average. He may be just right in his distance, and possibly may still need a little coaching on how to control the power he already has. He may be ready to step it up. But for his own good, don't feed him power until he has the control.
