| Weird poping in my wrist. Hello everyone, I have this weird poping in my left wrist. I think it is a old snowboarding injury that I didnt notice. There is no pain its just when I am coming on the down swing is when I feel the poping which is a weird feeling. btw, I am right handed. Should I go to the doctor to see if it is fixable? or is there a exercise I can do to help it? I have been playing guitar for a long time too and maybe that is a problem..lol.. Any suggestions? I love golf and only been involve for almost a month.. ![]() Thanks for the help. SS

| Re: Weird poping in my wrist. Hi Shredder (play guitar, do you?) I've got the same kind of thing - a 'knock' in my lead wrist... uncomfortable, and only shows up when I hold the club a certain way. Unfortunately, my solution was to alter my grip (and subsequently, my swing) a little to allow for a free movement of my wrist. |
