swing rotation

Hello I am new to this site. Trying to get pointers on "how to improve game & score. I'm a 24 handycap. Different people tell me diff. things & got everything screwed up. Trying to figure out body rotation & wrist cock. Normally drive ball 250 yds. Have twice come together & hit 300 yds. Don't know what I did. Any suggestions?

Re: swing rotation

250 - 300 yards is a very respectable distance but how straight were they?

To improve your game you will need to understand and work on the fundamentals of grip, setup, alignment, swing mechanics, the long and short game and your mental approach.

The reality is that these things do not come by an easy route, it will take some time, patience and perseverance on your part. The first step is to UNDERSTAND these basics mentioned above and work towards improving all of them through lessons and well designed practice.

This site can help you so please ask clear and specific questions so that the members can advise.
