| Re: Tiger Woods vs. Vijay Singh Both Golfers are as good as they get. Vijay gets the nod on Driving accuracy for sure. Tiger is the best today at creating shots with his irons. Putting goes to Tiger and short game is a tie. Both work hard on their golf games. Both are mentally tough, but Tiger is definitely has a more competitive nature. If Tiger starts hitting more fairways, he'll regain that dominant and intimidating auora he once had. Can you imagine competing against the best iron player in the world that can consistently blast it 330 straight off the tee. Now there's intimidation. ![]() |

| Re: Tiger Woods vs. Vijay Singh I'll go along with saying Tiger's the Best for the same reason you stated. Tiger and myself are very much alike. 1. I dont hit as many fairways as id like. 2. Im very creative from the rough, although tiger edge's this one, his come out first attempt. haha. Joking aside Tiger hitting fairways like a few years back unbeatable! |

| Re: Tiger Woods vs. Vijay Singh I'd have to say Tiger as well gets the nod in this one, only by a small margin but I mean in only a handful of events each and every season compared to his counterparts he still is at the top or near the top of the money list and this year is no exception. I mean I'm sure Hank Haney is on cloud 9 right now what with Tiger's swing changes starting to come into a blossoming fruition and he has a legitimate shot at winning 3/4 this year, to go with a second place at major championships. I do however think that when Vijay is putting that those two are a step ahead of the rest of the world right now. Both of them have unparalleled work ethic and when all cylinders are firing either one of them are as close as a PGA player in today's age can get to being unbeatable.

| Re: Tiger Woods vs. Vijay Singh The question was at the moment, and at this point, the clear choice is Tiger. Even relatively statistically, Tiger's got the edge overall. Now, I'm no Tiger fanboy, but I can certainly recognize a great golfer. Now if only he could get a grand slam... 2006, anyone? (Provided he doesn't figure he knows more about the golf swing than, say, Hank Haney or Butch Harmon). |

| Re: Tiger Woods vs. Vijay Singh The majors are the true test of the golfer. Tiger Woods has won 10 before the age of 30 (which is 4 more than Jack Nicklaus had won at this point in his career). He wins a major every 3.5 times he plays...amazing. Vijay may be racking up regular PGA Tour wins, but isn't even close to matching Tiger where it counts...the majors. S |

And that scoring average was achieved on more difficult weighting, course wise, than Vijay's because Tiger's scores on "Major" courses are a larger percentage of his overall scores because he plays less tour events than VJ does. |
