PGA Championship

Any comments on this year's PGA Chamionship? Has anyone else seen the course layout since the 17th and 18th have been lengthened? #5, as always, will be very difficult but 17 and 18 are going to provide a VERY exciting finish on Sunday.

I am going to have to pick my fellow Canadian, Mike Weir, to win the PGA Championship. He has been working extremely hard for the past 5 days on his chipping and putting. Also, with the rough at almost 8 inches long, anyone who can not hit the fairway consistantly doesn't have a chance. If Weir doesn't win, expect him to finish in the top 10.

Go Mike!!!!

What about Phil.... Dare I say it "Could this be the one???"

Aaron Baddeley's looking good as well, although a lack of major chmapionship experience may not help.

This is "the one" for Phil. I can feel it.

PGA Championsip

Phil is always a possibility. Just because he is having a bad year doesn't mean he doesn't have what it takes to win a major. Maybe this is what he needs. You don't here the talk any more - 'Hey, is the Phil going to win? Is Phil going to win??'

It was getting real annoying for us to listen to - imagine the pressure he was feeling? Like I said before the Open Championship, this is the year for the 'first time major winners'. It would be great for Phil if he could shrug off the title 'best player to have never won a major'.

I have aways been a fan of the underdog, so I hope Phil can put his game together this weekend and have a strong finish on Sunday.

I am still picking Mike Weir though!!

what about the aussies. Rod Pamplings up there too and could give the rest a good challenge. we haven't had any major champions recently but we still come close.

PGA Tour

Suan Michelle worked very hard to win that tournament, he deserved to win, I think he was voted to have the shot of the year?
