| Congrats first off to Zach Johnson - one of my favorite players for a while now. With that said, what was up with the Green jacket presentation? In the cabin with only 4 people on chairs - no special speech? no ceremony with the spectators? no cheering? I was really happy for Zach, but c'mon this presentation at the end was ridiculously uncomfortable and lacked the respectful imagination this player deserved. Very dissapointing presentation to a remarkable final round. Ridiculous. |

| Re: Green Jacket Presentation??? More like..lack of. Very impressive performance by Zach Johnson. Didn't fold, didn't fail. I find it interesting how he commented that the only time he looked at the leaderboard (17) he bogies. Well done young man. |

| Re: Green Jacket Presentation??? More like..lack of. I just wanted to retract my post. Turns out, as I saw on ESPN highlights and GC highlights, that at the end there was a different version of the Green jacket presentation. The one that was shown on national television (CBS here in the states) must have been exclusively for that TV station - so I apologize for the outburst, respect was in fact shown and rightfully so ![]() |

| Re: Green Jacket Presentation??? More like..lack of. A lot of media and players have been critical of the presentation in the past, so it appears that they started doing 2 presentations. The traditional in butler cabin and then the one for the media. |

| Re: Green Jacket Presentation??? More like..lack of. Well...... Following the Aussies as I do every year, down here "Down Under" one of our local networks took the CBS feed and I have to say I was a little disappointed at the coverage over the final moments of the event.... Yes I was sad to see Stu put his tee shot on 12 into Rae's Creek, effectively ruling him out of contention. Sure, they interviewed Zach after he walked off 18 (and I won't start on the comments he made about Jesus carrying his bag for him... ) other than to say good on him for his performance and however it was he got himself over the line... At the point he walked off 18, Tiger and Stu were still on 16 green or 17 tee and over Tiger's closing holes, it seems to me more was made of his reactions to not finishing birdie birdie as he needed to to force a play off. In fact, the first we saw of Zach after he knew he had won was in the Butler Cabin for the presentation. There was no camera on Zach at all to catch his reaction at the moment he knew he had won...... Poor Form CBS...!!!!

| Re: Green Jacket Presentation??? More like..lack of. That Green jacket presentation in the Butler Cabin is so cheesy, I hate it! "Hey, here they are now" I have always cringed at the way the jacket was not presented in front of the spectators, at least they did another one on the putting green this time. |

| Re: Green Jacket Presentation??? More like..lack of. I agree Brian. Why do they need two separate presentations? It's just so awkard having only four guys there congratulating one of them - it's just dead silence. Stick to the presentation outside CBS -grr ![]() |

| Re: Green Jacket Presentation??? More like..lack of. i thought Johnson did fantastic, stuck to his game and holed some amazing pressure putts. If I was a betting man my money would have been on him after that birdie on 14, that was a horrific putt but he saw it home no problem. I have to say though, I had a giggle when i saw woods was going for the green at 15, even I knew where the ball was going. As far as I can see that Steve Williams only weakness as a caddie, he doesnt stand up and say 'Boss, thats a dumb play right there' when he needs to. He's let Tiger throw away 2 Green Jackets now I think it was 2004 when he let Tiger take driver off the third tee instead of a 2 iron stinger and Woods pumped it right into the Flowering Peaches..... Oh by the way, can anyone clear this up for me, is Zach a christian? Just wondering, they usually tell you....... D.
