ATLANTA -- PGA TOUR Commissioner Tim Finchem was at East Lake Golf Club on the eve of THE TOUR Championship presented by Coca-Cola -- the finale of the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup -- to address the state of these inaugural Playoffs.
