Re: Boomerang Putting Aid

If you want something to aim for - have a look at Brian's new Boomerang Record - 12 in-a-row is a mark that should stand for a while...

Cheers

Re: Boomerang Putting Aid

Yeah the whole thing looks pretty solid overall. It's kind of one of those "why didn't I think of that" with the simplicity of it. But I like the fact that it's hard because the ball return I have downstairs seems to easy for me right now. I made 27 in a row last night, so I like the fact that it's a challenge and I have something to work at and not get bored.

I love to go downstairs and practice putting so hopefully this should be more fun.

Can't wait for it to get here.

Re: Boomerang Putting Aid

Just got it in the mail today. Amazing how addicting this damn thing is, I was just downstairs for 1 hour and 15 mins and didn't even realize it. Great product, a lot harder than I was expecting, glad I bought it though.

Only downside is that my back is killing me lol.
(has nothing to do with the product.)

Re: Boomerang Putting Aid

It seems that it kind of makes alignment and accuracy something that you don't even think about anymore. It's starting to groove my stroke to where I hit a straight putt every time and now it's all about distance control. Never had this much fun on a putting aid, 100x better than my piece of junk ball return that only sent it back about half the time.

http://www.boomgolf.com/membersoffer.htm

try this, at the bottom it says european orders take 10-14 days and it costs 20 dollars

I also saw two on ebay but theyre up for bidding at 10 a piece and its 50 dollars to ship to europe so its probably better to go with the website i gave you

if i find anything cheaper ill post it.

Hi Gatorguy,

Very good to hear you're enjoying your Boom practice so much!

Keep up the good work.

In Denmark, we're hit by massive taxing if we shop online from outside the EU.

First, the price (AND the postage) are subject to a 25% VAT, and then - on top of that - the entire sum, Price, Postage and VAT, is subject to import taxes.

We often end up paying 3 times the original price.

Re: Boomerang Putting Aid

Alex has been very helpful and creative in finding a solution, so I have put down an order for the Boomering, the Carnoustie mat and DVD.

Can't wait to get booming (my putting absolutely sucks at the moment).

:-)

Thanks Alex!

Re: Boomerang Putting Aid

You definitely won't regret it, this is by far the best putting mat out there. I haven't been able to play on a course since it arrived but I can't wait to play because I already feel my confidence has gone way up and I've had it for 2 days.

Re: Boomerang Putting Aid

What I find the Boom does for me is really gives me confidence on 4 footers that break little. Since you're hitting 4-6 footers all day with the Boom (with no break) your confidence soars (until it breaks just a little more than you thought [or not nearly as much] and you leave yourself 4 feet coming back! )

Hey Gatorguy,

It's clear that you absolutely get what the Boomerang is about. But I want to know what made you take the plunge and how do you think I can get over people's general skepticism and follow your lead.

The Boom is clearly a device most people need to try before they have that "eureka moment" so I guess what I really want to know is how I can get people to get the point before they start putting on it? Short of a few words from Tiger singing it's praises any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Alex
