Putting

Hello Pro,
I have started golfing for about 16 months. I could play a decent game score around 110 for the last few months.
I wanted an advice how to reduce my score to below 100. Most of the "waisted" stroke are from putting. It normally takes an average of 3 stroket to hole. I always mis-read the green and short to hole.
