Please Can we have the old Blog system Back?

Dear Greg,

Please can we have the old Blog system back, the new one is just about dieing on it's feet.

I think a lot of us liked the old system as it was easier to use and promoted better discussion threads.

Not a criticism, more a request to return to something that worked well.

Hi Brian,

Unfortunately each of the old blog systems that we have used previously have all been very buggy. We had such poor feedback from the others, that I resorted to purchasing software from the company that builds the forum software. This company are highly thought of and do not release code without a thorough testing process, this as you can imagine helps me greatly. I understand that many new features are being added to the current blog software as it evolves. I hope that you understand the reasons for using the current blog software, and hopefully given time more people will be encouraged to use it.

You know I think all the new blog system needs is a little notification in "latest posts" that there is a new blog entry by.....
