Golf Fitness

Hi,

On the website there is a link to golf fitness and I have found the exercises very useful and rewarding but I dont seem to see any actual aerobic activities discussed. I have read that Tiger runs 4-5 miles a day in order to improve his endurance. The course I play in is very hilly and requires a bit more stamina than usual plus I also carry my bag which is also demanding on my stamina. Could you recommend any aerobic schedules to improve my fitness ex., running for 20 mins, cycling for 10 mins etc.?

Thanks,

Paul.
