| Re: Gym Improvement i recently went to see a sports physio, specialising in golf , she gave me some excersises to help with my swing ( i am 52 ), and as stiff as a board. sit on a chair backwards and try to turn your shoulders 90 degrees, to the right and to the left, without turning your hips.i was getting about 30degrees, now nearer 60, in about 4months.now i seem to get a longer shot without as much effort.had a whole lot of other excersises to do with chest and arms.if you stand up with your back against a wall, and put your arms in the i surrender position you should be able to touch your elbows and palms on the wall , i could not, and still cannot but i am nearly there.if anyone is interested i will post the remaining excersises . |

| Re: Gym Improvement I am looking at adding some flexibility exercises into the Gym Section soon... I agree that flexibility is a major contributor to a good swing... |
