The swing and the rhythm looks yery good.
Here are my two cents, only if she likes to investigate:
She looks a bit too far from the ball at address.
The club is coming too inside in the backswing making the plane of the shaft be too flat in the downswing.

P.D.:
Hi again,
I don't mean the downswing is too flat. I mean that this backswing makes her manipulate the club at the beginning of the downswing to be more upright.

Naoko,
I think this is a very good swing indeed............not a lot wrong at all rhythm is great, a little inside on the takeaway.......however with your height it will always look a little flat on the take away.
I can't really fault this swing and I think you must be a very good consistant player.
If there is one thing I could say negitive, you look like you go to far through the ball and finish almost toppling a little forward, try keeping you head behind the ball at impact.
A face on view would help.
A great swing that has had a lot of work put into making it look that good.
Ian.
