| Re: New Member,Old Golfer I'm a new member but an old golfer. I've played for a long time, mostly for business. I have sucked forever. I didn't take a real interest in it though. I played mostly at business outings for my clients. Recently however, I have had the opportunity to play more often with my son. I have finally begun to work on my swing and I have had more success. I actually broke 100 and got my first birdie. it was on a long par 4. (Nice Drive, nailed a 9 iron 8 ft from pin, and sunk it. I nearly fainted. This small amount of success though has caused me to analyze what i am dong wrong and work on it. I look forward to getting better. I am certainly going to try! |
