I started playing golf last April and since then it's been both exciting and frustrating. I hope to be able to share some of my problems and to learn how to improve on my skills from this site.

Hello Guys,

This is Mikey from Saudi Arabia. I started playing golf only last May but I'm enjoying it a lot. I always have my 7-Iron, Sand Wedge and Lob Wedge in my car and whenever I saw a green or empty lot then I do some Chippings & Run. People keep staring at me but I don't mind as long it helps me improve my game. Well, it paid off... yesterday, I chipped from about 25-30 yards using my Lob Wedge and the ball landed a feet distance from the pin and went in. Although my score wasn't that good but it was okay.

Recently, I started submitting my scorecards for my handicap. By the way, this is a Sand Course. My home club: Dunes Golf Course, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
