I'm not sure if I'm reading your email correctly, but I'm assuming you are referring to "closing" your club face at impact? If so, then the ball should either draw (ball traveling slight right to left) or hook (ball traveling severly right to left) for right handed golfers, the intensity of the spin would depend on how close your club face is at impact in addition to the swing path. Honestly there are quite a few things that would lead to that, you could have the ball position too far in front (towards your left foot), or you could have a very strong grip (left hand rotating severly clockwise), or early release of the club. Without confusing you too much, describing your swing in detail would really help. Hope I at least answer some of your question, thanks. |
