| New To Golf I am learning to play in order to spend time with my sons. They are teenagers, and I am 55, so I am finding that I cannot do some of the things they ask, like full 90 degree rotation, etc. I also wear progressive bifocals, so I can't figure out how to deal with that all the time in the setup and swing. Any help? |

| Re: New To Golf I would agreee the 90 degree turn is not necessary. A short compact stroke which finds the center of the club can be just as effective. Spend a lot of time working on the chipping and putting. That can lower your scores in a hurry and also make you a good asset in father/son or other scramble formats. Figure your sons can get you off the tee and if you make some putts it should be a good time. As to the bifocals anyway to get a 2nd pair of glasses for golf? |
