Hello just jonied the forum (duh). Looks great.

Anway a little about myself.

I'm 16 years old living in the united kingdom, I play a lot of links golf living in Northern Irleand on courses the likes of royal portrush and royal county down.

My current handicap is 4 and am looknig to get down to 2 this year.

I am hopnig to turn pro in 2 years I'm currently working part time in the pro shop and and hav vats knowledge on club making and know a decent amount about the golf siwng. I look forward to joning in!

My name is Iain from Arbroath in Scotland.
Just joined as well and it looks great.

Anyway I see you want to turn pro and thought I'd just send a message to say good luck. I think you're doing the right thing by waiting a couple of years.

I turned assistant pro when I was 18 and played off 4 and it was too early for me, so keep working hard for next couple of years and I'm sure you'll be fine.
I eventually got amateur status back and am now off scratch so it didn't end up all that bad.
