hello from phoenix

i just got my first set of clubs today because i was suckered into playing a charity tournament in 2 weeks. any ideas on what to really concentrate on for it? i know putting but should i use my 5 wood instead of my driver or what? any help would be gratefull.

at the range start out with like a 7 iron and develop a consistent swing with that. deffinitely stay away from the big dog aka driver.

It would be a good idea to take a lesson from a pro. He or she could put you on the right track with the fundimentals of the "golf swing"
