| Hello Hey guys, name's Matt. I've been looking for a forum like this for quite a while now and am glad I finally found one; thats still active as well. A little about me: I'm a 20 year old guy living in Overland Park, Kansas.Played soccer my whole life and golf was a huge difference to a point. I've picked up the game however, as I was visiting my dad in Thailand for two months. In those two months i've managed to drop 20+ strokes after completely obsessing over this game and have enjoyed every minute of it. I've finally felt that my game is pretty consistent and thanks to the exchange rate ( where a round of golf is less than 5 bucks there - Also i've purchased AJ's Truth About Golf videos and have found out some really great tips and using those methods have really improved my game; I am just inconsistent with my irons and the occasional driving slice. Chipping and putting are good for now.I've grown quite happy with my game but there are just so many more aspects to work on. I feel that being apart of this community will help me out and I love learning more about this game and am awaiting all your guys' comments and ideas posted on threads all around. Okay thanks again, and happy golfing. peace m.l Last edited by Matt10 : 08-12-2005 at 02:52 AM. |
