New from Kentucky I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year! Im new to this game, and need all the help I can get. I just started this past spring, at the ripe age of 52. I just want to prove that you can teach old dog's new tricks. I really enjoy Golf Tuition, keep up the good work. Scoob

Re: New from Kentucky Hi scoob, Good to see you starting up the game, however believe me your age (52) does not put you at a disadvantage. In Scotland I've played with guys well into their 70's, they may not hit the ball as far as they used to but they know how to play the game and play it very well. One guy in my club is aroung 79ish and still has a handicap of aroung 6 or 7. I'm just getting my 6 year old started into it, so your still a youngster yet! Good luck and enjoy!

Re: New from Kentucky Hello Wildwilly, I live in Louisville, about 50 or so miles from Lexington. I don't know what dates you'll be down here, but have a good time. The first of April I'll be at Kentucky Lake doing some ****pie fishin. Yea I'm hooked on fishin too. There are some very nice places to golf in Lexington, and they have a lot of beer. Good Luck and stay out of trouble. Scoob
