| Good morning all from North Leeds, the 'Golfing-Capital of Northern England'. I am just getting back into golf having spent the last 15 years playing local football and road bicycle racing. I have just my first lesson with a professional which is proving invaluable. In just over half an hour he indentified my lack of mobility due to spinal injury and taught me to hit golf ball with a 'Seniors-Tour' type swing! Within a few shots I was hitting the ball with slight draw (not my usual 'enormous slice') and the ball was travellin further than when I try to 'knock the skin off the ball'. I will be going back to the Pro' in a few weeks as well as getting as getting extra help from this site. |
