Hello all. I have just recently begun to play along with my 2 sons. Play is a pretty strong word here. We've been to the driving range a few times preparing ourselves for an actual course . This is a great site with lots of knowlagable people - so as a newbie I'm going to do my part by asking lots of dumb questions. I'm looking forward to this!

I think your sons will love golf and this site, my Dad is on the staff here and he always says get the fundimentals right first.

Hi Liam, I agree fundamentals are important. That's the reason for our trip to the practice ranges. My sons are the ones who got me into this game. It's a sport we can all agree on (along with baseball).

I don't know anything about baseball, I live in England.
