Hello All

Hello all, been lurking here for ages and decided to join a few weeks ago. Still hadn’t posted until today. Quick and dirty of it is: I’m 40 years old just started taking lessons last year ( around March) and have been on the golf course all of three times since I’ve started down this road. I can say this, I love it. I have had two instructors since I started, both are good but my current instructor talks a bit more and explains things a little bit better. I have a lot of training aids and books. I have a new set of clubs that will remain unnamed and a used set of irons that are PING ISIs. Right now I’m currently working on a better shoulder turn. My biggest problem now is finding people to play with. I’m a beginner so walking on is not really something I’d want to do. I don’t really know anyone who plays well enough to join their group. I’ve tried to find other players in my area via the Internet and I’ve called pro shops to see if they had a list of people looking for partners, but no joy. If anyone in my area is looking for someone who is just starting the game to play with please shoot me an email. I live in the Severn, Maryland area.


PS.. there are a few golf sites out there and this is one of my favorites and not the favorite
