Hi!
I'm the new one here now....I have been golfing about one and a half years now. I'm currently scoring between 86 and 92 consistently. The main problem I have is with my irons. More often than not I hit the ground before the ball first or top the ball. I definitely need help with making divots that everyone talks about.

I would appreciate any and all advice. I just love to golf!

welcome teetimer.
My best advice to you (from experience) is get a few basic lessons. I golfed for six months thinking lessons were a waste of money, but having surrendered I learnt more in a few lessons that I would never have thought myself
