| JoeD. Hello Everyone, Found this site acccidentally while searching for shaft info. I was very impressed with several postings by Kooter. His description of the release point was different from anything I have ever read (the slowing down of the left hand/arm at impact). I went to the driving range this morning to try this method and was pulling every shot. I could feel my left elbow sticking into my left side at impact. Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated. (I am 79 and have lost much of my flexibility going back. My drives average about 210, 5 iron goes 150. Long par 4's have turned into par 5's. I am in excellent physical condition. Was a 2 back in the 50's.) Thanks, Joe |
