| Re: 50+ beginner Hi Bernie, I am 54 and just started the game. So far I've taken a few lessons, but here in Chicago they are awfully expensive at $90/hour, so I spend most of my time at the golf course just trying to groove a swing. It is a frustrating game since there are more variables than, let's say, a game of tennis. I heard somewhere that as many people leave the game each year as those who enter into it. :-) Anyway, if you come up with any good thoughts as you learn, I sure would be interested. Right now, I am viewing Hardy's "The Plane Truth" video, and I am finding it pretty interesting. If it helps my game, it is a keeper since he is has some interesting insights within his presentation. If it doesn't, I have a 90 trial period. I hope it helps. :-) Have a good day and week! Regards, Rich |
