I am starting to have trouble with my left wrist "breaking down" bending in the direction that it should not. Like I am trying to swat at the ball. Does any one have any drills or tips for this problem?

hi
try chipping 20/30 yard shots with just your left hand, 40/50% swing, trevino use to do that for hrs at a time, so he would get the feel in his left arm and his right would not start to try and take over, when you get better go to 70% swing, it does help a lot and your chipping and pitching get better at same time. dont just swing the arm, turn sholders too. if you find it hard at first grip left wrist with your right hand.
