| New here and to golf Hi, I知 new around here and only stumbled on this site after looking for lessons and advice. I知 glad I did, as this looks great. I知 from the UK living in the USA and have only been playing golf for approx 1 year. I shoot around the 100 mark +/- 3 on a good or bad day. My strengths are chipping and putting though it used to be driving (not sure what went wrong there)? It痴 a bloody frustrating game and I sometimes want to pack it in, but getting that par or birdie brings you back! I usually play at Dyker Beach (NY) or Mattawang (NJ) which offer very different views of course management. Dyker Beach is to full (American golf need to sort that out instead of trying to add more players) and a course where I always par the last no matter how bad I play. And Mattawang is just a pleasure because it痴 so empty and you can relax. |
