Hi from sunny Somerset

Well what a great site, lots of really usefull information, hopefully I can take some of the advice to my course.
I have just completed my first full season as an 18 hole member, I was given a handicap of 24 initially but ths has been gradually eroded to 25.0 over the season. My typical round would be 100 + or - 3. I am reasonably happy with my driver off the tee, and also with my chipping around the greens. I usually have most trouble with my 2nd shots from 150yds to 30yds, also my putting needs to improve. I have a putting lesson booked for next week, but any tips would be appreicated.
