Best game in the world bar none!!!!

Hi, I have just stumbled across this site and immediately signed up, its always good to share experiences with other golfers, its not the same telling none golfers about your round etc, they just dont understand!!!!

I am a 15 handicapper living in Horndean in the UK, I try to play atleast once a week. I play in a lot of society events, because you get to play more courses and some that you couldn't play without membership. My scores vary from week to week, my best is an 80 on a par 71, my worst rarely goes above 100. I am a farely long hitter, my best being 370 yards. My greatest acheivement in golf todate was my hole in one at Dibden Golf Centre on the 10th July 2006, it was a 296 yard par 4. It was one of the greatest feelings in my life, obviously with the exception of getting married in August (better put that incase the missus see this)

My strengths are long of the tee (not always as straight as I would like) and my short game. I always try to practice atleast once a week. I am currently rebuilding my swing slightly, im abit out to in with the longer clubs but am trying to sort out the over the top syndrome (as Tiger was heard saying week after week "Im nearly there!!!".

welcome to the forums another new member which is great news amzing to hear from someone with a hole in one on a par 4. if you say you can be wayward off the tee then there are plenty of extremely knowledgeable people on this forum. Just post in the appropriate place and someone will help you.
