swing flaws- need help

Hello,
New member from Scotland here, very cold up here today but hit a couple of hundred shots on the local cricket pitch (my winter practice area!). Play off 5, lowest I've been is 4 so aiming to get to 2 this year. Working on takeaway, ball position, still having bother with divots aiming left, too quick from the top I think, trying to slow everything down and get that right elbow tucked in. Weird how when you swing slower you hit the ball further!
Hoping to get some help with video coaching from this site to cure my swing flaws,
