| Re: Hello from Fargo ND Hello Oldtimer61, welcome to GTO. I'm certain that you'll enjoy your time with us and learn whatever it is you'd like about golf ... Strangely, I drove through Fargo on my to Minneapolis many years ago! It was in either 1991 or 1992, when I played a mini tour. We drove from Winnipeg where we both missed the cut and got places in a pro-am in Minneapolis. We were being paid $250 each for the day and dinner and it felt like it was an invite to play in the Masters!!! ![]() If 15 or 16 years ago, you saw 2 poor South Africans catching a sleep along the highway near the airport in a brown-ish Dodge Caravan, one of those travelling pro's was me! ![]()
