Hello Hello, I came across this site whilst lookig for some info to assist me with my golf swing. I am at present a 18 handicapper. My handicap has been sliding from a 15 to and 18 over the last three months.I suffer from the common sympton of paralysis from over analysis. I have become so confused I am in a quandry as to how to commence a swing. eg swing straight back, lift hands rotate body etc etc etc Somebody out there please HELP

Re: Hello I've been messing around with many things, but have recently returned to a simple rotary swing. Turn the shoulders around the spine, don't sway the hips.

Just to say hello, have taken up the game again after 12 years of following my kids playing sport (got down to 9). My son who is 16 now plays and talked me back into the game and am currently on 16 (he is on 11 so there is a bit of a challenge!). Only problem is I have probably overdone things and have stretched ligaments in left hand, so will have to have a bit of time off. Thats the way it goes. Look forward to using your forums and other info, and hopefully get my son involved a bit (at 16 they know everything!) Wick
